Job Purpose:
A Category Manager is to maximize the profitability and market position of assigned product categories. This involves a comprehensive approach to category management, encompassing budget ownership, sales and profit accountability, and strategic planning based on market insights and consumer trends. The role is critical for optimizing product assortment, managing supplier relationships for competitive advantage, ensuring product availability, and collaborating with marketing to drive successful promotional activities, ultimately enhancing visibility and financial returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility of budget development, sales, and profit for category
Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
Devise long-term development strategies for product categories
Foster trust relationships with suppliers to achieve better pricing and quality of services
Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
Liaise with marketing teams to execute promotional activities with appropriate pricing policy
Conduct range reviews to ensure optimal assortment that generate high returns
Co-place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands
Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products
Qualifications:
Proven experience as category manager or similar role
Solid knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles

Job Purpose:
As the Learning & Development Supervisor, you will play a critical role in driving learning and development initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering impactful training and onboarding programs aligned with company goals, managing the LMS and individual learning records to enhance team development, driving engagement and providing coaching to foster continuous learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-design and co-develop training programs and curricula (including e-learning content) with L&D Manager that align with the company's strategic objectives
Carrying out learning and development need analysis to provide the right learning solutions to individual and the organization.
Facilitating engaging training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities
Leading onboarding programs that accelerate new hire productivity and cultural integration
Overseeing Learning Management System (LMS) to provide great experiences to team members include e-learning content, completion and accurate record
Maintaining accurate learning and development records of all team members to track and support their performance and career progress
Providing feedback to program participants and management regarding training outcomes
Offering coaching and mentoring to team members as part of their development
Driving internal communication initiatives to enhance engagement with Learning & Development programs across all teams within the company
Assist in ad-hoc tasks/projects as requested.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, management or any other related fields.
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in facilitating training delivery, and/or learning & development in retails industry
Experience designing for Instructor-Led Training sessions
Know of adult learning, business acumen, process improvement principle
Experience working with Learning Management System (LMS)
Ability to use MS Office (Design software would be a plus)
Good interpersonal Skills including presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
Demonstrate competencies in problem-solving, result-orientation, customer focus, people and team orientation, and human relations.

A Loss & Prevention Officer is to safeguard company assets and minimize financial loss by implementing comprehensive loss prevention strategies. Implement and enforce security and procedures to deter theft
Identify vulnerabilities in security systems and recommend improvements
Train store team on loss prevention techniques and procedures

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent observation and situational awareness skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situation

Write development documentation to ensure code maintainability.
Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring app delivery quality through thorough testing
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in iOS app development and released to Apple Store.
Proficient in both Swift and Objective-C, with experience in hybrid development using both languages and strong object-oriented programming skills.
Proficient in various performance optimization tools.
Familiar with modularization solutions.
Experienced in SDK development and integration.
