Local Ordering Executive
Job Overview:
- Check schedule to select vendor for order
- To find all items code of vendor.
- Run all vendor code from reorder quantity
- Calculate quantity between maximum quantity of location and on hand quantity to order
- Analysis for increase and decrease the data if needed by comparing to all location
- Print purchase order
- Check all usage items every 3 time per week
- Set or change the data into reorder quality (Maximum level) by new items report
Requirements:
- Knowledge of quality assurance standard and process
- Have ability organizational, presentation, written, oral communication and inter-personal skill
- Have analytical and strategic planning skills as well as a leadership focus.
- Be able negotiation and problem-solving skill
- Fluent English skill (both written and verbal)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Officer)
